Pets are an important part of any family, bringing happiness and companionship to the young and old alike. Weather it be to capture a special moment, or cherish a memory.

My graphite drawings and portraits are a perfect way to remember that special friend.

I set out to create an art form of your pet capturing their likeness , character and personality, although from a distance they may look like a black and white photo they are not meant to be but an excellent likeness is guaranteed.

The portraits are approved by the client before it is sent, giving you a chance to make comments and suggestions on any detail that may not have been picked up from the photos.

Pricing
Pricing will depend on size , composition, detail, and number of objects in each piece off art work
Their for each piece will be quoted on individually
As a guide a piece consisting of a single dog head in A4 size starts at $120
To insure sincerity a 50% deposit is required before commencement of work.
And the remainder to be paid on approval of the finished artwork before shipping.
Payments can be made by cash, money order, cheque, direct deposits or internet banking??????

Photographs
You can either post or email photos. Photos sent by post will be returned in the same condition as I received them.
The detail in the finished artwork is governed by the clarity and quality of the photos I am given to work from
The photos to be used for the portrait should be clear and portray true colours because different colours have different tonal ranges.
Remember the eyes are normally the most important part of a portrait
Additional photos are always handy for giving an insight into personality colour and ect.

Sizes
Portraits and other art work are drawn and completed in graphite from clients photos,
The size of the drawing or art work depends on the commission and the clients requirements, normal size for a single head portrait is A4 but can be smaller or bigger depending on clients request.
Paper used is 110 to 200gsm acid free cartridge paper.

Timeframe
Depends on how many commissions I have at the time but normally the piece will be finished 2 to 3 weeks after commissioned and deposit received .
A more accurate time can be given at time of ordering.
If for some reason you need it by a certain date this can normally be arranged within reason.

Verification
As your satisfaction is important to me, a scanned copy or photo of the finished artwork will be emailed or posted to you for approval.
Upon approval the balance of the commission is to be forwarded, when received the artwork will be dispatched.

Shipping
All artwork will be sent unframed and by registered mail,
Drawings may be rolled and put in tube or sent flat depending on destination.
All shipping costs are to be incurred by the persons purchasing the artwork.
